It looks as though B.U.M.S.S ( Bears Undercover Mission – Secret Service) has a new mad inventor in the making. Today several designs for Vinny Gadgets arrived at HQ.
The designer – a young genius from Halifax, West Yorkshire, England.
Though still at school, Andy is never able to switch from designing and is always doodling. Agent Troy described him as a right doddler. Take a look in the Gallery at his work.
